CLOSING OF AN EXISTING COUNTY

DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL FUND #629
WHEREAS, the closure of Big Bend Economic Council (BBEDC) Fund 629 may be
accomplished without a public hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws.
NOW,THEREFORE,,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the following fund is
here by closed: Big Bend Economic Development Council (BBEDC) Fund 629 ar►d the
Grant County Auditor and Grant County Treasurer are hereby directed to reflect the
closure of said fund in their respective office records.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the remaining positive balance of$51,654.96 in
said fund be transferred to the Grant County Fairgrounds—Restroom Replacement
Project Fund #309.
