BOARD OF COU1�iTY COMMISSIONERS

RESOLUTION No. 16- C���-CC
WHEREAS,the following Grant County funds do not have an adequate level of budget
appropriation to malce the following expenditures:
• Facilities and Maintenance Fund#001,Department#112 in the amount of$9,774.20 to
purchase a new key/lock system for the Law and Justice Building from Clarlc Security
Products using the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services Contract No.
04010. This will include software that will keep tracic of codes,locations and proper
accountability; and
• Superior Court Fund#001,Department#103 in the amount of$12,472.00 to purchase 2
full sets of Washington Practice from Thomson Reuters,for 2 Judges.
WHEREAS, these additional budget expenditures were not anticipated when preparing the
2016 budget; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.40.140 a public hearing,must be held to authorize
additional budget appropriations.
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of July, 2016 at 1:30 p.m., a public hearing was held in the
Grant County Commissioners' Hearing Room.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEI2EBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUIVTY
COMMISSIONERS OF GRAI�T COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON,that a budget
appropriation in the total amount of$22,247.00 to be allocated to the 2016 budget according to the
following schedule of categories and items:
