RESOLUTION NUMBER 98-14 -CC
WHEREAS, an employee Qf the Grant County Juvenite Center is
combating a serious illness and has exhausted her t€�tal sick and
annuai leave 1�enefits; and
WHEREAS, said emp�oyee currently is not in a financiai position
to pay th� premium of her 1�ealth and welfare plan and thereby cc�ntinue
her medical coverage, and
ViFHEREAS, many empto�ees haw� expressed an interest in
diverting or transferring some of the6r accrued sick leave to the
account af said employee,
N4W, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESt7L1lED AND IT is HEREBY
CiRDE1�ED that any Juvenile Departm�n� emp�oyee who is interest�d in
diverting some af their accrued sick t�ave to #h� account �af said
employee rnay do so by subrniiiing in writing to th� Commissioners'
U►ffice the amount of sick teave they des�re ta transfer along �vith their
signature #c� this �equ+est.
BE iT A��t3 RESt�LVED AND HEREBY l�RDERED tha�, this action
shali in no way be construed �io set a pr�cedent.
