RESOLUTION N0. 98-11-CC
A IZESOLUTION relating to the establishment of a petty cash/
revolving fund (account) for the followir�.g county department:
Grant-Adams Cooperative Extension , to b e Ca.l 1 eci: Publications
Change Fund
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners that a petty cashfrevolving fund (account)
snould be established as s�t forth hereinbelow; and
WHEREAS, the establishmen� of said fund is in accordance
with state and county laws and cioes not require a public budget
hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF C4tJi�tTY C�M-
MISSIONERS, as follows:
�..� That a petty cash/revolving fund �account) to be known
as Coo' erative Extension Change Fund , is hereby established
in thei amount o 50.00 or the �ol�.owin� caunty depart-
merlt: Grant-Adams Cooperative Extension
2.; That the head of said county department shall be custodian
of said fund, shall record all transactions according to proper
accoun!ting procedures, and shall use it only for the purpose of:
selling publications to the public
3. That if a checking account is used, all checks drawn
irom s:aid account shall be signed by: �j/`jJ= ,

4. That al1 expenditures from said fund are to be supported
with appropriate recezpts and reimb�srsemen.t of said fund sha11
be by'claim voucher and warrant.
