tc�gether with a budgc�t therefor; decla.ring a� emergency, and '
s�tting a public hearing date;,all pursuant tt� RCt� 36.40.144.
W�-zER.EAS, it has been brough� to the atiention o� the Board
of Co�nty Co�a.ss3oners of Gran� Cc�unty that an apprapriation
and �:xp�n�3�.ture a� iunds shc�uld. be auth��ized for the abo�e--
me�iion�d depa.r�ment f�und, toget�er �rith a b�adget there�c��, in
the esti�ated amount .o�' $ l0, 500 ; and
WHEHEAS, expenditure of such funds wa.s not included in the
ctzr�ent budget of Grant County, however, emergent condition�
nova rec�tzire that such funds be expended; and
i�iEREAS, at appears �hat an e�aergency e�isis and that the
expe�aditure oi such funds cc�uld nc�t have bee� reasa�ably �oreseen
at ihe tirne of making said cc��znty budget;
