W�-IEREAS, the Grani Caunty C�mmissioners have properiy
given notice of the public hearin� held December 6,1999 to consider the
Grant Couniy curreni expense budget for the 20Ud calendar year,
pursuant to RCW 84.5S.12Q; and
VVI3EREAS, Grant Counfiy has � population af aver 1Q, OQO, and
Vt��EREAS, THE Grant County Commissianers, after hearing,
and havi.ng duIy cansidered all r�ievant evidence and testimony
presenied, has determined that the Grant County +Current E�pense
�udget required an elevation in praperty t�x rev�nue from the previous
year, in addi�ion to ihe elevation re�ulting from the addition of new
construction and improvements io p�operty and any advancement in
�the value of siate assessed property, i� order to discharge the e�pected
expenses and �biigatians of th� Grani Co�nty current egpense budget
and is in its best in�er+�st;

regular property ta� levy, in addition io any amount result�ng from �he
addi�it�n of ne�r construction and improv�ments to property and any
increases in the value of state-assessed prc�perty, is hereby au�horized
for the 2UOQ ievy at 1.42 or ihe amaunt of �b,768,498.
