W�EEREAS, the Grant County C�ammissioners have proper�y
given natice of the public hearing held December 6,1999 io consider the
Grant County road budget for the 2Q00 calendar year, pursuant to
RCW 84.55.12(1; and
WHER.EAS, Grant County has a population af over 1tl,OD�, and
WHEREAS, the Grant Caunty �om�nissioners, af�er hearing, and
having duly considered all xelevant evide�ce and teshmany presented,
has determined that the Grant C+�unty Road Sudget required an
elevaiion in propearty tag reveuue from �h� previous year, in addition to
the eievation resulting from ihe additi�n af new constaruction and
impr�vements to praperty and any �dvancemen� in ihe value of state
assessed �roperty, in vrder to d'zscharge the e�pected egpenses and
obliga�ions of the Grant county Road budget and is in its best interest;
NUW TI�EREFfJRE, BE IT HEREB� R�SfJLVED, that the
regular property t�x levy, in addition to a�y amount resuiting from the
additi�n af new constructian and improvements to property and any
inereases in the value of state assessed property, is hereby autharized
for the 2Q(}0 levy at ]..42 percent or the amount o£ $5,41�,94$.
