RESOLUTION NUiVIBER 99-211-CC
A RESOLUTI�N relating ta the �acts requiring an appropriation
and exp�nditure Q� �u.nds for the �ollowing department/�und:
Current Ex�ense Fund ��OOI, Superior Caurt Depart.& indigent Defensel�ept��1.33
tagether with a budge� �herefor; declaring a� emergencs; and �
setting a public hearing da�e; all pursuant ta RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been braught to the attention. of the Board
o� Caunty Commissioners oi Grant County that an appropriation
and expenditure o� iunds shauld be authorized for -�he above-
mentioned department/�und, together with a budget �here�or, in
the es�ima�ed amount .o� $ 54 20Q ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure o� such �u�ds was not included in the
current budget of Grant County, however, emergen� condztions
now require that such funds be expended; and �
WFIEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the
expenditu.re o� such �unds could �.ot l�ave been reasonably �oreseen
at the time o� makzng said county budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, I-�E IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD 4F COURTTY CC}M-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGT4N, that the a�ore-
mentioned �acts constitute an emergency and that �.n appropxiation
and expenditure of funds should be au�horized for the �ollowing
d�p�,rtment f�And: Current Exp.Fund�{'OOI,Superior Ct.Dept,&Indigent Defense Dept.�F'133
