W�IEREAS, it has been brought ta the attentian of the Board of Grant Cammissionezs
tlaat unantzcipated state and /or federai funds have been made available far the 1999 budget
of the LAW & JUS'TICE FL3ND # 121, DEPT. # 163
in the amaunt af �6,375 ; and
WF-IEREAS, RCW 36.40.1Ofl authorizes supplemental appraprzations fram unanticdipated
state and/or federal funds after publications of notice af the time and date of a public hearing at which
the supplementa2 appropriatians resolution wi11 be adopted, and the amount of the appropriation,
once each weel� for two consecutive weeks prior to such publzc hearing in the o£f'icial newspaper
of the county; and
Wl3:EREAS, publicatzon afthe requisite Iegal natice was made in the Daily Herald
newspaper af Crrani County on 11/ 22&29199 and said public hearmg was held
in the Gzant County Commissioners' Office, Grant County Court�ouse, Ephrata, Washington;
