GRANT COUNTY, WASHiNGTAN
RESOLUTION NUMBER �9-203-CC
A RESOLUTION relating to �he �acts requir�.ng an appropriation
and expexzditure of �unds for �the �ollowing depar-�ment/�und:
Curren.t Ex�ense Fund- ��OOl�Coroner De�artmen.t ��I20 �
toge�her with a bu.dget there�or; deelaring an emergency; and �
setting a public hearing da�e; all pursuant �o RC�r1T 36.40.144.
WHEREAS, it has been braught to the attention o� the Board
o� County Commissioners oi Grant County that an appropxiation
and expendzture o� funds shouZd be authorized �or -�he above-
mentianed department/�und, together with a buclget �here�or, in
the estimated amaunt .of � 8 000 ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure af such �unds �vas not included zn the
curren� budget o� Grant Caunty, hawever, emergent cond�tions
now require tha-t such funds be expended; and
ti1�IEREAS, it appears that an emexgency exists and that the
e�penditu.re a� such �unds could nat have been reasonably fareseen
at the time o� making said county budget;
NOW, THEREFQRE, 8�E IT RESOLVED BY THE BQARD OF COUNTY C4M-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGT4N, that the a�ore-
mentioned �acts constitute an emergency and that an appropriation
and expenditure o� funds should be auiharized for the �ollowing
departmellt%�ul1d: Current Exnense Fund ��001, Coroner Dept.��120 ,
together wAth a budget there�or.
BE IT FUT�.THER I�.ESOLVED that . nati.ce o� a public hearing upan
such expenditure shall be given, said hea�ing to be held on
December 21,1999 in the Grant County Commissioners' O�iice,
Grant County Caurthouse, Ephrata, Washington, at the hour of
1:00 p.m: �
