� RE�OLUTIQN reiatzng to �he �acts requiring an appropriation
and expendit�zre a� �unds far the follawing department/fund:
Revair and I}emolition �und ��118. I3epartment ��160 ,
toge�her with a budget there�or; declaring an emergency; and� �
setting a public hearing date; all pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention a� the Board
a� County Commissioners o� Grant County that an appropriation
a.nd expendiiure o� �unds shauZd be authorized for the above-
mentioned department/�und, �agether with a budge� there�ar, in
the estimatsd amo�n.t .o� � $888.OQ ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure of stzch �unds was not included in the
current budget o� Grant Caunty, however, emergent condi�Gions
now require that such �unds be expen.ded; and �
WI�ER.EAS, it appears tha� an emergenc� exists and that the
expenditure o� such funds cauld not have been reasonably ioreseen
at the time o� making said county bizdget;
NOW, THEREFORE, B-E IT RESOLVED BY THE SOARD OF CC?UNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, tha� �he afore-
mentioned iacts constitia.te an emergency and that an appropriation
and expenditure o� �unds should be authorized �or the �ollowing
dep�.�'t�ie� t J�uud : Repair and Demalition Fund ��1I8, Department ��I60 ,
together wzth a budget there�or.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that nati.ce of a public hearing upfln
such expenditure shall be given, said hearing to be held on
�ecember 21,1999 in the Grani Gounty Commissioners' O�fice,
Grant Gounty Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington, at the haur a�
z•oa p.�.
