A RES�LUTION relating to the �acts requiring an appropria�ion
and e�penditure af �unds for the failowing department/�und:
-- Cnrrent Expense �und ��QQI, Courthouse Facilities Dep�.��l12 ,
together with a budget therefor; declaring an emergency; and �
�etting a public hearing date; al1 pursuant to RCW 36.40. 140.
WHEREAS, it has been brou,ght to the attenti.on o� the Board
o� County Commissioners of Grant County �hat an appropria-�ion
and expenditure a� funds shauld be authori�ed for the above-
mentzoned departmen�/fund, together with a budget there�or, in
�he estimated amoun� .o� � 6,485 ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure of such �unds was not included in �he
current budget of Grant Caunty, however, emergent conditiQn�
now require that such �unds be expended; and �
ti1�EREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the
expendzture o� such �unds could not have been reasanably �oreseen
at the time o� making said eounty budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, B-E IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the a�ore-
mentioned facts constit�te an emergency and that an appropriation
and expenditure o� �unds shou�.d be authori�ed �or -the �ol.lowing
dep�,�'tmeilt/�und: Current Exp.Fund ��'001,Cour thouse Facilities Dep�.��1I2

�together with a budget there�or.
BE IT FURTHER RES�LVED that notice o� a public hearing upon
sueh expendi�uxe shall be given, said hearing to be held on
December 14,1999 in the Gran-� Coun-ty Commissioners ' Of�iee,
Gxant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington, at the hour o�
1:30 p.m. .
