A RESQLUTION re(ating to �he transfer of funds within the 19 99 budget af the
PATHS &TRAILS FUND
WHEREAS,it has been brought to#he attention of the Board of Grant eounty
Commissioners that it is necessary ta transfer funds in the current budget af the above
named County departmen# in the amount and accounts enumerated below; and
WHEREAS, there is no expenditure af funds not previousiy budgeted but a
fransfer pursuant to F�.C.W. 3fi.4D,100 and County and State auditing procedures;
NOW, THEREF(3RE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD QF COUNTY
