RESOLUTION NUMBER 99-175-CC
� RESflLUTI(}N_ relating ta the �acts requiring an appropriatian
and expendxture of �unds for the �ollowing department/fund:
Curren.t Expense Fund ��OQl, Misc,General Govt.Dept.,��125 ,
�oge�her with a budget therefor; declaring an eme�°gency; and �
setting a public hearing date; al1 pursuan� to RCW 36.40. I44.
WHEREA�, it has been braught to the attention af the Board
a� Counts Commissianers o� Grant County that an appropriation
and expenditure o� funds shauld be authorized �or the above-
mentioned departmentJfund, together with a budget there�ar, in
the estimated amoun� .o� $ ��p ppp ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure of such �unds �vas nat included in the
curren� budget of Grant County, however, emergent conditions
now require that such �unds be expended; and
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the
expenditure of such �unds cauld not have been reasonably �oreseen
at the time of makzng said. county budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESCILVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, tha� the �.fore-
mentic�ned �acts constit�te an emergency and that an apprapriation
and expenditure a� �unds should be authorized �or the �ollowing
dep�.�'tme�t/���.12d: Current Exnense Fund ��Od1.l��c.Gen.Govt.Dept.�F125 �
together w�th a budget there�or.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that .natice t�� a public hearing upon
such expendi�ure shall be given, said hearing to be held on
Navember 16,1999 in the Gran� Coun�y Commissionersr O�fice,
Grant County Caurthouse, Ephrata, Washington, at the hour af
1:00 p.m. .
