A RESOL�TTI�N rela-�ing ta the �acts requiring an appropriatian
and exp�nditure af �unds �or the �olZowing department/�und:
Emergency Services Furid ��102.De�artment ��I44 �
together with a budget �herefor; declaring an emergency; and �
se�ting a public hearing date; all pursuan� �Go RCW 36,40. 140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention o� the Board
a� eounty Commissioners o� Grant County that an appropriatian
and expendzture of �unds shauld be authorized �or the above-
menti.c��.ed department/fund, together wzth a budge� there�or, in
�he es�imated amoun� .o� � $5,445 ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure of such �unds was not included in the
curren-� budget of Grant Caunty, however, emergen-t conditions
now require tha-� such �unds be expended; and
WHEREAS, it appears tha� an emergency exists and that the
expenditure o� such �unds couZd not have been reasanably �orese�n
at the time o� making said county budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, S�E IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that �he a�ore-
mentioned facts constittate an emergency and that an apprapriation
and expenditure of �unds shauld be authorized �or -�he �ollowing
dep�.�'tment/�und: Emergency Services Fund ��102.De�tartmant ��144 9
together ��th a budget there�or.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that .natice o� a public hearing upon
such expendi�ure shall be given, said hearing to be held on
November 16,1999 �n the Grant County Commissioners ' O��ice ,
Grant County Caurthouse, Ephrata, Vuashington, at the hour af
