A RESOLUTION relating to the �acts requiring an appropriation
and exp�nditure o� �unds �or the �ollowing department/fund:

toge�her w�th a budget there�or; declaring an emergency; and '
setting a public hearing date; all pursuant to RCW 36. 40. 140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attentzon of the Board
of Count� Commissioners of Grant County that an appropriation
and expenditure o� �unds should be authori�ed for the above-
mentzaned departmentj�und, together with a bttdge� therefor, in
�he estimated amoun� .a� $ �5�.��: ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure o� such funds was �.ot irzcluded in the
current budget of Grant Countp, ho�ever, emergent co�zditions
now require that such funds be expended; and
WIIEREAS, it appears tha� an emexgency exis�s and tha� the
expenditure o� such funds cauld not have been reasanably forese�n
at the time o� making said county budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, I3E IT RES4LVED BY THE BQARD OF CDUNTY CQlUI-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the a�ore-
mentioned �fact� constitu.te an emergency and that an appropriation
and expenditure o� funds should be authorized for the �ollowing
