A RESOLUTION relating to the transfer of funds witl�in the 1999 budget of the
LAW&JUSTICE FUND#121,DEPT.#163
WHEREAS,it has been brought to�ie attentian of the Board of Grant Commissioners�at it is
necessary to nansfer funds wzthin the current budget of the above-named County Department{s}in the
