A RESOLUTIaN rslating ta tY�e facts r�quir�.ng an appropriation
and expendi�ture o� �unds �or the fc�llowing departmentffund:
Em�loyees Bene�its Fund �f54/�, Departmen� �f�183 t
together with a budget therefor; declaring an emergency; and '
setting a public hearix�g date; � all pursuant to RCV� 36.4C►. 3�40,
V�HEREAS, it has been brought to the attentian a� thc� Board
af �ounty Commiss�oners af Grant County that an appropriation
ancl expenditure o� funds shc�uld be authorized far �he above-
me�t�oned depa�tment/�und, toget�er wi�h a budget therefor, in
the estimate�d amc�un:t ,o� $ ��3�400 ; and
�i'HEREAS, expenditure o�' such ftznds was not included in the
curre�t budget a� Grant Coun�y, however, emergent condition�
now require that such �unds be expended; and �
�HE�.EAS, it a�pears �l�at an emergency exists and that the
ex�esad�tu�e c�f such �unds co�zld no�t have been reasonably �c�reseen
a� t�e tir�e �� �na�ing sa�d ce�unty btzdget;
NO�V� THEREFORE, BE IT RESO�V�ED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-- ,
MISSI�NERS 4�' GRANT COUNTY, STATE 4F WASHINGT(3N, that the afore=
men�ianed facts co�astitute an emergency a.ncl that an appropriation
and exg�enditure o� �unds shauld. be autho�ized �ar the follawing
�epa�'tr1e21t f�t1�1d.: �ni o�,ees Benefits Fund ��504, Department ��183 ,
tc�get�er with a budget there�or.
BE IT FURTHER RESQLVED that nQtiee of a public hearir�g u�o�
such expenditure shall be given, said hearing to be held on
October 26,1999 in tne Grant County Cammissioners' Offiee,
Grant �ounty Courthouse, Ephra�ta, Washingtan, at the hour of
1:00 p.m.
