Items 4 through 6 were not ready for signature.The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. 1. Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance, legal services,grant administration, etc. 2. Reimbursement No. 3 to the Department of Commerce on CDBG General Purpose Grant No. 15- 62210-022, Royal Water District Rehabilitation Project,for the period May 1 through May 27, 2016, in the amount of$3,898.31. Authorization for release af�OCC approved funds on Str�tegic Infrastructure Program (SIP) #2016-02, Grant County Port District#10 (Moses Lake)Wide-Body Hangar Infrastructure Project in the amount of a $200,000 grant and the 2.5%Administrative Fee of the project in the amount of$5,000 to the Grant County Economic Development Council. Resolution No. 16-060-CC Authorizing Execution of Interlocal Agreement for the Procurement, Use, and Maintenance of Radio Equipment between Grant County, by and through�the Grant County Sheriff's Office, and the Multi Agency Communications Center(MACC);the agreement is set for BOCC action as ASC Action Item #8. (Approved) 8. Interlocal Agreement for the Procurement, Use, and Maintenance of Radio Equipment between Grant County, by and through the Grant County Sheriff's Office, and the Multi Agency Communications Center(MACC) for the purpose of upgrading the Computer Aided Dispatching server owned by MACC in order to provide the level of service required by Grant County. The Agreement's effective date is June 20, 2016 and shall remain in full force and effect indefinitely , unless earlier terminated or modified as provided, or until such time as the CAD server is � replaced. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. 10:00 a.m.—10:20 a.m. Commissioners Office Safety Meeting 10:30 a.m. —10:45 a.m. Citizen Public Comment Period Ed White,Whites Concessions came in to discuss the Grant County Fair and that they are not able to work at the Fair in 2016. He was told that their menu interfered with the sales of the other vendors. , White's Concession has been working our fair for 37 years. He calls Moses Lake home and doesn't understand why he cannot work the Grant County Fair. His son usually runs the ATM machines at the Fair but he was told he would have to bid on the service, As far as he knows,there was no bid request for ATM services at the Fair. The Commissioners said they would speak with the Fair Interim Director and get back to him.
