Amendment 1 to Washington State Department of Corrections contract#K11005 with Grant County Prevention and Recovery Center(PARC). The amendment modifies Attachments B- 1/Scope of Work, G1/Budget, D-1/Substance Abuse Recovery Unit DOSA Report, and E- 1/Compound Release of Confidentlal Information. Effective date is April 1, 2016. (Approved) 3. Resolution No. 16-058-CC Authorizing Execution of Interagency Agreement between Grant County Health District and Grarrt County, by and through Grant Integrated Services, to carry out priority health improvement initiatives associated with the North Central Washington Youth Marijuana Prevention and Education Program (ASC Action Item#4, below). (Approved) 4. Interagency Agreement(Interlocal Agreement) between Grant County Health District and Grant County, by and through Grant Integrated Services,to carry out priority health improvement initiatives associated with the North Central Washington Youth Marijuana Prevention and Education Program.
