A RESQLUTIflN relati�g to the �acts requiring an appropxiation
and exp�nditure a� �unds �or the �ollawzng department/�und:
County Fai.r �'und f�116 De�rtment ��258 ,
�ogether with a budge� �herefor; declaring an emergenc�; and �
se�ting a public hearing date; all pursuant to RCW 36. 40. 14Q.
W�IEREA�, it has been braught to the at�ention o� the Board
of County Comm3ssianers o� Grant County that an appropriation
and expendzture o� �unds shottld be autharized �or the above-
mentioned department/fund, together with a b�.zdget there�or, in
the estimated amount .o� � ���� ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure a� such funds was nat included in the
current budget o� Grant Caunty, however, emergent conditions
now requ.i.re that such �unds be expended; and
W.E�ER�AS, it appears tha� an emergency exists and that the
expenditure o� such �unds could not have been reasonably foreseen
at the time o� making said county bu.dget ;
NOW, THEREFORE, B-E IT RESOLVED BY THE BQARD �F COUNTY COM-
UIISSIONER� OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WA�HINGTON, tha� �he a�ore-
mentioned fact� constit�.te an emergency and that an apprapriation
and expenditure a� funds shauld be authorized for the �ollaw�ng
dep�.�'tment/�tx�2d: Count� Fair �'�,,nd ��116,_�.p r m n ��l �fi �
together with a b�dget there�ar.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that . notice af a public hearing upon
such expenditure sha31 be given, said hearing to be held on
octobe,� 18,1999 �-n the Grant County Cammissioners ' O�fice,
Grant County Caurthouse, Ephrata, Washix�gton, at the hour af
