� RESOLUTI4N relating to the facts requiring an appropriation
and expenditure o� �unds �ar the �ollowing departrnent/�und:
Gurrent Ex�ense �'und ��001, Misc.General Governmerat Dept.��125 ,
toge�her with a budget therefor; declaring an emergency; and �
setting a public hearing date; all pursuant � to RCW 36.40. 140.
�REAS, it has been braught to the attention af the Board
a� County Commissianers o� Grant County that an appropriat�on
and expenditure of �unds should be authorized for the abave-
mentioned dep�.rtmentJ�und, together with a budget �here�ar, in
the estiu2ated amount .o� $ $10,558 ; and
WHEREAS, expend.iture af su.ch �un.ds was not includecl in the
current budget of Grant Caunty, hawever, emergent conditions
now require �hat such �unds be expended; and
WI�EREAS, i� appears that an emergency exists and that the
expenditure o� such funds cauld nat have been reasonably �oreseen
at the time o� making said county budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, 8�E IT RESOLVED BY THE BO�ARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that �he afare-
mentioned �acts constitute an emergency and that an apprapriation
as�d expenditure a� funds should be au�horized �or the following
d���-������������ �urrent Ex�ense Fund ��001,Misc.General Govt.Dept.��125 ,
together with a budget there�or.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that natice of a public hearing upon
such expenditure shall be given, said hearing to be held on
�ctnher 4,1999 �-n the Grant Coun-�y Commissioners ' O�fice,
Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washing�on; at the haur af
