IN THE MATTER OF INITIATING COUNTY ROAD
PROJECT DESIGNATED AS CRP NO. 16-12 Resolution No. �� �'��j�- � �-�-
WHEREAS, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT Bridge Number 330 on M-NW and Bridge Number 334 on
11-NW, State Road Log Number's 32470 (M-NW) and 32780 (11-NW) be improved as follows:
Due to the impact of the Adams Road reconstruction project(CRP 14-08) this project is
necessary and will replace the existing bridge structures improving public safety. The new
finished widths of the bridges will be 36 feet for Bridge 330 and 32 feet for Bridge 334.
This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the County Road Engineer is hereby ordered
and authorized to report and proceed thereon as by law provided. (RCW 36,75.050, 36.80.030,
36.80.070)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURT�I�R RESOLVED that an appropriafiion from the offiicially adopted road
fund budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purposes shown:
