A RESOLUTIC7N relating to �he �acts requiring an appropriation
and exp�nditure of funds �or the �ollowing depar-�ment/�und:
_Current Ex�ense Fund ��002, Courthouse �aci�ities Dept.��112 ,
toge�her wzth a budget thereior; declaring an emergenc�; and �
se�ting a public hearing date; all pursuant �o RCW 36.44.144.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
o� Count� Commissioners o� Gran� County that an appropriation
and expenditure of �unds should be authorized for the above-
mentioned departmentf�und, together with a budget there�or, in
the estimated amount .o� $ 65,000 ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure of such fund� was nat included in the
current budget o� Grant County, hawever, emergent conditzons
naw require that such funds be expended; and
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the
expenditu.re o� such �unds could not have been reasonably �areseen
at the time oi making said coun�y btzdget;
NOW, THEREFORE, B-E IT RESOLVED BY TIiE BOARD OF COUNTY CflM-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGT�N, that the a�ore-
mentioned iacts constitute an emexgency and that an appropriation
and expendi.ture a� iunds should be authorized for the �ollowing

together wzth a budget there�ar.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice a� a public hearing upon
such expenditure shall be given, said hearing to be held on
Ali�],7R �t7, �.999 in the Grant Coun-�y Cammissianers' Of f ice ,
Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington, at the hour o�
