WHEREAS, on Tuesday, July 2Q 1999 at 1Q:30 AM., a public hearang was held in the O�ce of
the Board of County Commissioners concerning a County wide surpius equipment auction sale purs��ant tc�
Resolution No. 99-108-CC and no one objected to this proposed auction sale, and
WHEREAS, all County agencies have been noti�ed and invited ta participa#e in this sale, and
WHEREAS, the Surplus Equipment Auction Sale Caminittee called for and received competitive
bids to provide auction services and awazded said bid ta Mather Inc. Auct�oneers of Snanawav, Wa.,
NOW, TI�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the order be granted far this surplus equipment
and merchandise auctian sale ta be heid Saturday, September 12, 1999 at 9:00 A.M. ax the Grant Caunty
Fa.irgrounds, Moses Lake, Washington,
BE IT FURTI�ER I2ESOLVED that the Auctioneer far Mather Inc. Auctioneers appointed
Deputy County Treasurer for the duration of said sale and far the express purpase of receiving funds from said sale
on behalf of Grant County and other entities and depositing said fiunds with the County Treasnrer for subsequent
disbarsemeut to the particigating agencies.
