and expendit�a.re a� fu�.ds �ar �he fo�lowing depart�nent/�u�cl:
Current E�ense Fund, Commissioners Dept.��101 ,
together with a budget therefor; declaring an emerge�c�; and `
setting a public hearz.ng date; aII pursuant to RCW 36.40.14Ce
V�IEREAS, it has bee� brough� to the attention o� the Board
a� County Commissioners oi Gran� Caunty that an apprapraation
and expe�adzture o� �unds should be au�ho�ized for +he abave-
mentioned department/�und, tagether w��h a budget there�or, ir�
the estimated amouz2t .o� $ 15,OQ0 ; and
WH�REAS, expenditure of such funds was n�� included in the
�urre�t �udge� a� Grant �a�unt�, however, emerge�st conciitao�s
now require that such ���ds be expe�.dect; and �
WEiEREAS, at appear� that an emergency exists and that the
expenditure o� such �unds eould no-t have been reasonably �oreseen
a� the time of makirag said �ounty budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, £�-E IT RES{3LVED BY THE BOAftD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSI(JNER� QF GRAN'T COUNTY, STATE OF WASH�NGTOI�T, ihat the a.�ore-
ment�.oned. �ac-ts c�ns�itute an emerges�cy a�.d tha� an appropriation
an�. expenditure of �unds shau7.d be authorized �o� the following
departme�t/�und: Current Expense Fund, Commissioners �epariment ��101 ,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of a public hearing upon
such exp�nditure shall be given, said hearing to be held on
July 27,1999 in the Grant County �ommissioners' O��ice,
Grant Caun�y Courthouse, Ephrata, Washizzgton, at the haur o�
