WiDE SURPLVS EQUIPMENT
AND MERCHANDISE AUCTtON
SALE
NOTICE OF HEARWG
WHEREAS, on July 20, 1999, the Board of County Commissioners will
conduct a hearing on its intention to dispose of County owned equipment declared surplus,
and
VVHEREAS, it is the ontention of the Board to sell at public auction to the
highest bidder for cash all equipment decl�red surplus by the heads of government, and
WHEREAS, Exhibit "A", attached hereto, is a tentative listing of equipment
andlor merchandise that wifl be offered for sale,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held in the
Office�i of the �oard of County Commissioners of Grant County at the Grant County
Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 10:30 A.M. and anyone either for or against this
propo�sed auction sale may appear and be heard.
