WIIEREAS, it has been brought to the attention �si'the Board af Grant Cammissi�ners
that unanticipated state and /or federai funds have been made available for the 1999 buctget
of the GIt�1NTS ADMiNISATRATI�N Fi7ND # 190, DEPT. 041
in the amount a�f $1Q3,529 ; and
�VH�REA5, RCW 36.40.100 authorizes s�pplemental appropriations from unanticdzpated
state and/or federal funds after publications of notice of the time and date of a public hearing at which
the supplemental appropriations resolution will he adopted, and the amaunt of the appropriation;
once each week, for two consecutive weeks prior to sucla public hearing in the official newspaper
of the couniy; and
WI�EREAS, publrcation of the requisite legal no�ce was made in the Daily Herald
newspaper of Grant County an 6 j 15&21 / 99 and said public hearing was held
iri �he Grant Connty Carn�nissioners' Office, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Vijashi�gton;
