E�ctraardinary Session of the State of Washing€on, Grant Co�nty is preparing a proposed
�omprehensive Transportatian Improvement Program fc�r the ensu�ng six years of 20C}4 -
2�05, and
V1t�lEREAS, pursuant to #he requirements of section fi, Chapter 83, �aws of
Eaciraordinary Session o# th� State ofi Washington, Grant Gaunty did prepare an
amendment to the Comprehensive Transportatian improvement Program -'! 999 ta 2��4;
and
WHEREAS, it appears to the Board r�f Coun�y Commissioners af �rani
Gounty, Washingian, that it would be in the pubiic interest to hold a hearing on the said
prapos�d program,
NOW, THEREFflRE BE 1T RESt�LVED, ti�at a public hearing be held on
these rnatters an Ju[y 13, 1999 at 'IQ:QO A.M. in tF�e Camrnissioners (�ffice in the Grani
County Courkhouse, Ephrata, UVashingfian and afi that #ime anyone may appear and be
heard either far or against ihe adoption of the 200CI - 2005 Six Year Transportaiion
lmpravemeni Pra�gram and the amendment of the 1999 - 2dfl4 Six Year Transporiation
Improvement Prc�gram.
