COUNTY RC3AD SYSTEM
WHE�.EAS,it is the intent af the Board af County Gc�mmissioners to establish, acquire rights-
of-way,recanstruct, and maintain that certain county road in accordance�urith current standards a�d
practices, and
WHER.EAS,the true lacation,course, and width of th�t certain county road has been reported
by the Couuty Road Engineer fo�lowing his examir�ation and survey tl�ereaf, and
WHEREAS, the Board af County C,�mmissioners clid consider the County R.oad Engineer's
repart on t,�e establishment of eertain roads and any and aIl related evidence related thereto at a
public hearing held in th� Hearing Room of the Board of Cc�unty Cammissioners of Grant Caunty,
Washingtan, lacated in the County Courthause, Ephrata, Washingtan at 10:30 A.M., Tuesday, June
l, 1999, and aII persons interested did appear and were heard at this hearing upon the rept�rt and
recommendation of�he County Road Engineer either ta pxoceed ar nat to proceed with establishing
the road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESaLVED, the $oard af County Commissianers fiuds tha�
certain roads ct�mmonly knawn as Handicap Dr. and t�ut-Of-Bounds I.n shown as follows are a public
necessity and establishes said roads as a part of the caunty road system.:
