RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF RESOLUTION No. 16- ����/ -CC
RENAMING THE GRANT
INTEGRATED SERVICES-MENTAL
HEALTH FUND #108 TO SEHAVIORAL
HEALTH
WHEI2EAS, Effective April 1, 2016, Grant County merged with Chelan and Douglas
Counties to become the North Central Washington Behavioral Health for mental health and
chemical dependency services; and
WHEREAS, due to this change, the Grant Integrated Services - Mental Health Fund
#108 needs to be renamed to Behavioral Health Fund#108.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT Mental I3ealth Fund
#108 be renamed to Behavioral Health Fund #108 and the Grant County Auditor and
Grant County Treasurer are hereby directed to reflect this change in their respective of�ce
records.
