IN THE MATTER OF TRANSFERING
JURISDICTION OF R-NW Roadlog 93025
MP 0.693 to 1.05 AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY
in Sections 12 T20N R 23 E.W.M AND
Section 07 T20N R 24 E.W.M
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 39.33.010, Grant County, a political subdivision of
the State of Washington, acting through its Board of County Commissioners, recognizes
the benefits of transferring jurisdiction of portions of county roads and right-of-ways,
namely that portion of R-NW as described below and as shown in Exhibit A;
LEGAL DESCRIl'TION:
THAT PORTION OF R-NW ROAD Roadlog 93025 MP 0.693 to MP 1.05, located at the
eastbound 11 NW roadlog 32780; OF Section 12 T20N R 23 E.W.M AND Section 07 T20N R 24
E.W.M.,ALL 1N GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, Grant County Public Works and the City of Quincy have previously agreed to
work towards the transfer of jurisdiction of said Right-of-Way, and
WHEREAS, �he County Engineer recommends the Grant County Board of Commissioners
proceed with the jurisdiction transfer as mutually agreed, per 39.33.010, and ',

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Grant County Board of
Commissioners transfer jurisdiction of those portions of Road Right-of-Way to the City of
Quincy, to become effective immediately.
