WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, has received
a petition to vacate portions of certain County road easement described as follows:
Legal description: That portion of County Road and Right-of-Way known as
WALKER, RD NE ROADLOG 45130 Mileposts 0.9 to 300 ft. Northeast IN SECTION 15 T20N
R28E.W.M, AKA ALL that portion in Parcel 170935000, ALL IN GRANT COUNTY, WA.
AND as shown on Attached Exhibit A
WHEREAS, the �oard of County Commissioners has determined that consideration should be given
to vacating portions of certain County roads and rights-of-way and directs the County Road Engineer
to prepare a report on the vacation and abandonment.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a pubiic hearing on the report and other related
matters shali be held in the Hearing R�om �f the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County,
Washington, locat�d in the County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 2:00 PM, an 1"uesday, the
