Items 2 and 3 were not ready for signature.The motion passed unanimously, 1. Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance, legal services, grant administration, ' etc. (Approved) 2. Anticipating: Commercial Rental Agreement, 2016-2018, between Grant County and the Washington State Council of Vietnam Veterans of America, Inc.for least of office space at 1525 E. The hearing will be set for June 7, 2016 at 2:00 pm. (Approved) 2. Resolution No. 16-045-CC Jurisdictional Transfer in the matter of transferring a jurisdiction of R- NW(Roadlog 93025 from MP 0.693 to 1.05) and rights-of-way in S 12,T 20 N, R 23 E; and S 7,T 20 N, R 24 E, WM,to the City of Quincy. Recommendation to approve change order#2 from DW Excavation in the amount of$10,500.00 for the clean-up of excess material dumped in an area of the Fairgrounds that has recently caught fire. (Approved) 10. Recommendation to approve change order#3 from DW Excavation in the amount of$9,973.69 for moving the sewer line and adding a manhole for the Fairgrounds Sewer Installation (#CSD 1611).
