The motion passed unanimously. 1. Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance, legal services,grant administration, etc. (Approved) 2. Grant County General Program Administration invoice for$3,000 on CDBG Public Services Grant No. 15-62210-005. (Approved) 3. Grant County Request for Reimbursement No. 6 on CDBG Public Services Grant No. 15- 62210-005 for the period March 1—March 31, 2016,with the Department of Commerce and administered through the OIC of Washington, in the amount of$17,919.53 (which includes Grant County's annual administration fee of$3,000). (Approved) 4. Amendment A to Washington State Department of Commerce Consolidated Homeless Grant No. 16-46108-10 with Grant County and administered through the Grant County Housing Authority. The revision provides additional allocations in the amount of $286,469.00, plus$12,000 to cover Housing & Essential Needs (HEN) services in Adams County for FY 2017. (Approved) 5. Cities Digital Statement of Work(Agreement)with Grant County for conversion of Board of County Commissioner department files stored in Stellant into the new Laserfiche software. This records management project is in an estimated amount of$1,400. (Approved) 6. 20�6 Agreement Regarding Use of County Property for Public Purpose between Grant County and the Autism Society of Grant County for its 10th Annual Awareness Family Walk on Saturday, May 21, 2016. (Approved) 7. Pam Hill, Data Coordinator, read into the record an email she received from The Nature Conservancy stating they will not be attending the hearing today. Commissioner Stevens moved to close the public comment portion of this hearing. Commissioner Carter seconded and the motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. Commissioner Stevens moved to approve the recommendation of the Assessor's Office and approve the classification of the 3 parcels to Open Open Space as presented. Commissioner Carter seconded and the motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. The hearing adjourned. Recommendation Memorandum regarding a request from Grant Integrated Services for a compensation review of their Utilization Review Coordinator position. The Director recommends splitting the position into a I and II and Band them at a 12 and 14 respectively. (Approved) 5. Recommendation Memorandum regarding a request from Grant Integrated Services for a compensation review of their Compliance Specialist position. The Director recommends splitting the position into a I and II and Band them at a 10 and 11 respectively. Out of state travel request for Sue Sherwood and Nicole Davidson to attend the Cerner Behavioral Health Software Conference in Phoenix,Arizona. Sue Sherwood will be traveling June 11-June 29, 2016 and Nicole will be traveling June 11-June 16, 2016. (Approved) NEW HOPE 8, Out of state travel request for Debra Gonzalez and Beck Garcia to attend Strengthening Our Communities 2016 National Latin Institute, Denver, Colorado June 19-22, 2016. The WSCADV Rural Crossing Borders grant will cover training and travel costs via reimbursement up to $2,600.00.
