WI-�EREAS , The Grant Caunty Noxious Weed Control Board has
requesied the Board of Coun�.y Cammissianers to determine the assessments
for funding the 20{�1 budget af' the Grant Couniy No�ous Weed Contral
Baard, and
WI-�EREA.�, a Public Hearing was held on L}ecember 4,2000 at 1:��
p.m. in the Caunty Commissxoners :�Iearing Room at which time �axpayers
were allowed to appear and be heard, and
W��REAS, after discussion a decision was made by the
Commissic�ners to set the Iand classzfications and assessments as follows:

W�-IEREAS, the Board finds that the control of weeds is a special
benefit to the iands within the district a�d the special benefits provzded by
ihe Weed D'zstrict and the Weed District assessment above stated is a special
benefit ta the land within the Di�trict set fQrth in the assessment and that
they should be Ievied,
N{�W, THEREFQRE IT IS HEREBY' R:ESC7LVED, that the �bove
assessments shall be levz�d on the above classification, and the Assessor
shall spread the levy on the rolls and callect the same.
