GI�ANT COUNTY ROADS �
It is hereby resoived by the Boarcf o# County Commissioners af Grant Gaunty, Washington,
that the following road restrictions may be placed or� any and/or a!! Grant Caunty roads for
a period not ta exceed � 20 days from tY�e effective date beiaw when, in the opinion of the
Director af Public Works or h�s authorized represerrtative, certain roads or road sections
may incur damage if ihe grass vehicle weights are not restricted, pravided the fioliowing
notice is published and the load res#rictions are posted:

Natice is hereby given #hat in accordance with the provisions af Chapter 36.75.27a,
Revised Code of Washington, a[I Grant Cc�ur�ty roads can be ciosed to traffic by aff
vehicles hereinafter described, for a pet�iod of 120 days from the effective date of this
order, when each and every raad sha11 be pastec! as set #orth bebw:

Gross vehicle weights exceeding the load iimits s�t wiii anly be ailowed by
written permits, obtainable from each F�oad Distric� Supervisor.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that at ar�y time during the effective period where an
emergency exists, the Director of Pubfic VVorks is hereby granted the authority to close any
Granf County road or raad section to all unauthorized traffic, provided the folfowing notice
is posted on each end of the section to be clased:
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the provisions
o# Chapter 36.75,270, Revised Code of Washington, this road
is cfosed to travel by all vehicles except passenger vehicles
and empty trucks unEess a written permit has been obtained
from the Office of the Director of Public Works, 124 Enterprise
St. S.E., Ephrata, Washington 98823.
Pursuant to R.C.W. 36.75.270 any person violating this Res�lution shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor.
This order shall be pubfished in the official Coun#y newspaper and shall be effective and
enforced on and after the day of December,
