VYHEREAS, the Board of Caunty Commissioners of Grant County,
Washingtan, has de�ermined that consideration shouid be given #o vacating certain
partions of a relocated County road described a� follows:
�hat portion of Gounty Road `2' SE from the I�e�rtheas# corner
of Section 17, Township 'i8 Norih, �iange 30 E., W.M. and
running Westerfy alc�ng ths Norfh line of said Secti�n �i 7 for a
ciistanc� of 1,(320 feet or less.
V1/HEREAS, a public hearing, notice af which was Isgally advertised and
posted at the termini, was held at 10:30 a.m. an Tuesday, �ecember 5, 2000 to consider
tc� vacate; and,
WHEREAS, the County Road Engineer did give his repari in favor of this
vacatic�n; and,
WHEREAS, the raad righis of way are of na benefit to the County or io the
peopfe of Grant Caunty;
TNEREFORE, BE IT RESGILVED, that the portions of the ald roadway ar�d
right of way therefore as described above, be hereby vacated and abandoned.
