The Commissioners read and approved the minuies of the preceding session as writ�en. _����� The Commissioners approved the Request far Transfer af Funds by the Courthouse Faczlities Department #1 I2, Current Expense Fun� �a01 in the amouni c�f$1,87fl. ��� ��-� The Commissioners vvere notified by the Auditor that employee Shannon Falsiad reiurned to full time employment effec�ive Nov�mber 1, 2(}tlt?. �r�,�� 3� The CQmmissioners approved aut of state travel for Jenny Ratigan and Diana Wavra of the Juvenile Prabatio� Department to attend meetings. ���, �� �The Commissioners ap�roved the salary increase af Llonald J. Maxwell. The matter was referred to the Prosecuting Aitarney for handling. ��[ �. �I`he �ommissioners held a Public �Iearing and a motion was made by � Commissioner Snead, seconded by Commissioner Allison thai Reso�utzon Number 2000-1S4-CC regarding a supplemental e�ension in the 2000 budget of the Emergency Serv�ces Fund #102, D�pa�-tment #144 in ihe amount of $2,$61 be passed. The motzon carried. f.�:�-,/��--As ofthis date the Baard by a majority vote daes approve for payment those vouchers included in the list filed zn the Audiiors Office 12/(�4I�040 in the ioial amount of $3 52,131.74. ���-�'��The Commissianers wer� notzfied that the Teamsters Union was no Ionger representing the Gz�ant County PARC effective December 3 l, 2000. .` �j�f� �T`�e Commisszoners signed the Traffc Management Agz�eement with Publ'zc Uiility 7�zstrict Na. 2 of Grant Couniy. ,�.��l���'The Cammi.ssianers signed tlie Payroll warrants list #118264 thrau�a # l.1 � 154' far ihe mon�h of November. ���,���, The Commissioners held a Public Meeting in compliance �vith Section 25.12.430, Grant Couniy Unified Develapment Code, for the pur�ose of considering the Department recommendation for each of the individual submitted proposed amendments to the Grant County Comprehensive Plan. A motion was made by Commissioner Allison, seconded by Commissioner Snead to initiate the SEPA process on the matters before them today as well as staff proposals. The motion carried. l�� ��� The Commissioners approved the salary increase of Theresa M. Tomson-V�heatley of the District Court Department to $1,925 per month effective November l, 2000. ���--�� The Commissioners approved the salary increase of Maria M. Delgado of the District Court Department to $1,847 per month effective December l, 2000. t����� The Commissioners approved the salary increase of Maria M. Anaya of the District Court Department to $1,847 per monih effective December l, 2000. �;;�� /�The Commissioners appointed Bob Bernd and Vivian Peterson to positions on the Grant County Housing Authoriiy. As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until December 6, 2000.
