A RES�LUTI{JN relating to the es�ablishment of a revolving
fund for the follow�ng county department: I}epartment af
Co�nmuni�y Developm�nt, to be called: Planning Department
Change Fund.
WHEREAS, it has been called to tbe attent�on of the
Board of County Commissioners that a revolving fund should
be established as set forth herein below; and
WHEREAS, the establishment of said fund is in
accordance with state and county laws and does nat require a
public budget hearing;

THE BC)ARD C}F CC}IJNT� CC}IVIMISSItJI��ERS, as follows:
l. That a revolvin� fund ta be known as Planning
Depar�ment Change Fund, �s hereby established in
the amount of �50.4Q for the following caunty
department: I}epartment of Communi�y
Development.
2, That the head of said county departme�t shall be
custodian of said fund, shall record aIl transactions
according t�► praper accounting procedures, and
shal� use it �►nly for the purpose af making change
for items sold.
