WHEREAS, the �oard of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, has received
a petition to vacate portions of certain County road easement described as follows:
Legal descrip�ion: That portion of County Road and Right-of-Way known as
DIVISION.8 NE ROADLOG 40460 Mileposts 0.0 �o .07 IN SECTIONS 19 & 30 T22N R27E.W.M
ALL IN GRANT COUNTY, WA.
AND as shown on Attached Exhibit A
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that consideration should be given
to vacating portions of certain County roads and rights-of-way and directs the County Road Engineer
to prepare a report on the vacation and abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing on the report and other related
, matters shail be held in the Hearing Room of the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County,
Washington, located in the County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 2:00 PM, on Tuesday, the
24th day of May, 2016.
