RESOLUTION No. 16-���-CC
WHEREAS,the Grant County Technology Services Department does not have an
adequate level of budget appropriation witihin Fund#502, Department#180 to fund the cost of
purchasing 40 computer systems that were not added to the Quadrennial Fund in error; and
WHEREAS, these additional budget expenditures were not anticipated when preparing
the 2016 budget; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.40.140 a public hearing, must be held to
, authorize additional budget appropriations.
WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of May, 2016 at 11:30 a.m., a public hearing was held in the
Grant County Commissioners' Hearing Roorn.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMIVIISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON,that a
budget appropriation in the total amount of$95,000.00 to be allocated to the 2016 budget
according to the following schedule of categories and itiems:
