RES�LUTION NUMBER 2000-118-CC
A RESOLUTION rela�ing to the �acts requiring an appropriation
and expenditure o� �unds �or the �ollowing department/�und:
Grant Caunt� P.A.R.C. Fund i�115,Department ��257 ,
together with a budget therefor; declaring an emergency; a�d `
setting a pubiic hearing date; aIl pursuant to RGW 36.40.144.
WHEREAS, i� has been brought to the attention o� the Board
o� County Commissianers o� Grant County that an �,ppropriati.an
and expenditure af �unds should be authari�ed for the above-
me�tioned department/�und, together with a budget there�or, in
the estimated amount .o� $ �5.229 � a��
WHEREAS, expenditure o� such �unds was not included in ihe
cuxrent bu.dget af Grant County, however, emergent conditions
now require that such �unds be expended; and -
V��-IER�AS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the
expenditure a� such �unds cauld nat have been reasonably �oreseen
a� the time o� making said county budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, B�E IT RESOLVED BY THE BOAftD OF CC}UNTY COM-
MISSIONER.S OF GRANT COUNT�', STATE OF WASHINGT�N, that the a�ore-
men�zaned �acts constitute an emergency and that an apprapriation
and expenditure o� �unds shauld be authorized �or the �ollawing
dep�.Ttm�nt/�u11d:Gr�.nt Couri.t�P.A.R.C. Fund ��115,DepC.�F157

together w�th a budget there�ar.
BE IT FURTHE�R RESOLVED that notice of a public heariz�.g upon
such expenditure shall be given, said hearing to be held on
3 October 17 2000 in the Grant Countp Commissioner�' O�fice,
Grant Caunty Courthause, Ephrata, Wash�ngton, at the hour o�
