A RESOLUTION relating to the �acts requiring an approprzation
and expendi�ure o� �unds �or the fallawing departmentffund;
Information Services Fund i�501. De�artment „_,a�179 �
together with a budget there�or; declaring an emergency; and �
setting a public hearing date; all pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEl?EAS, it has been brought to the attention o� the Baard
of County Commi�sioners fl� Grant Caun�y that an appropriation
and expenditure a� �unds should be autharized �or the above-
mentioned departffientf�und, together with a budget thereior, in
the estimated amou�t .of $ ��,53p ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure o� such funds was not included in the
current budget o� Grant County, however, emergent conditians
now requzre that such funds be expende�.; and �
WKEREAS, it appears that an emergency e�zs-�s and �that the
expent�.iture o� such �und.s could not have been reasonably �areseen
a� the time a� making said caunty budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, B-E IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSI�NERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STgTE OF WASHINGTON, that the a�ore-
mentzoned �acts constit�.te an emergency and that an appropriation
and expe�.di.ture o� iunds should be authorized far the �olZowing
depar�ment/�und: Infarmation Services �und ��501, Department ��I79 s
togethex wyth a budget therefor.
BE ZT FURTHEI3. RESOLVED tha� natice of a public hearing upo�
such expenditure shall be given, said hearing to be held on
10%�7120Q0 in the Grani County Commissionexs' O��ice,
Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington, at the haur o�
