RESOLUTION NUlVVIBER 2000-110-CC
A RESOLUTIC}N relating to the �acts requiring an appropriation
and expenditure o� �unds ior the fallawing departmentJ�und:

tagether with a budget therefor; declaring an emergency; and
setting a public hearing date; all puz°suant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Baard
of County Gammissioners of G�ant County that an appxopria�ian
and expenditure of funds shoul.d be authorized �or the abave-
mentioned departmentJ�und, together with a budget therefor, in
the estimated amount .o� $ 32 77b '��d-

'Gd'HEREAS, expenditure o� such funds was not includecl in the
curren-t budget a� Grant County, however, emergent conditions
now require that such funds be expended; and �
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the
expenditu_re of such funds could not have been reasonably �areseen
at the time o� making said county budget;
NQW, TIIEREF�RE, B-E IT RESOLVED BY T�IE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, �TATE OF WASHINGTON, tha-t the afore-
mentioned �acts constitute an emergency and tha�G an appropriation
and expenditure of iunds shauld be authorized far the �ollo�wing

BE IT FURTHE�R RESOLVED that notice of a public hearing upon
such expe�diture shall be given, said hearing ta be held on
