RESOLUTION NUMBER 2000-i09-CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the �acts requiring an appropriation
and expenditure o� �u.nds �ar the �allawing department/�und:
('�rrent Exoen�e �und ��001, Baundarv Review�,$aa�d,Dept.��331
together wi�Gh a budget therefar; declaring an emergency; and '
setting a public hearing date; all pux�uant to RC�'� 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought ta the attention o� �he Board
a� County Commiss�oners o� Grant Caunty that an approprzation
and expenditure o� �unds shauld be author�zed for the abave-
mentioned department/fund, tagether wi.th a budget there�a�, in
the estimated amount .o� $ 2 175 ; and
ZNHEREAS, expendi-ture af such funds was not incl.uded in the
current budge� o� Grant County, however, emexgen.t conditians
now require that such funds be expended; and �
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the
expenditure o� such funds could not have been reasonably fareseen
at the time oi making sa�d county budget;
N4W, `I'EiEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD 4F COUNTY CC?�S-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT C�UNTY, STATE OF WASHINGT�N, that the afare-
mentioned facts constitute an emergenc�r and that an appropriation
and expenditure cr� funds should be authorized far the �oilowing
dep�.z'tme�t/fu�1C].: Cuxrent Fxp.Fund ��001, Boundary Review Bd.,DepC.��131 ,
together w�th a budget there�or.
BE IT FURTHER RESC?LVED that notice o� a public hearing upan
such expendi.ture shall be given, said hearing to be held on
Se�t, 18..��p in the Grant County Cammissxoners' O��zce,
Grani County Courthause, Ephrata, Washington, at the hour of
