A RES4LUTIt3N relating to ihe �acts requiring an appropriation
and expanditure of funds for the follQwing deparimentjiund:
Current Ex�ense Fund ��OQl. Courthouse Facilities De.Lt.#112 ,
tagethex with a budget there�or; declaring an emergency; and �
setting a public hearing date; aIl pursuar�t to RCW 36.40.140.
�i�HEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
a� County Commissioners o� Grant Gounty that an appropriation
and expenditure o� iunds should be authorized �or the above-
mentianed departmentj�und, tage-ther with a budget there�or, in
the estimated amaunt .o� $ ,�� �.92 ; and
WHEftEAS, expenditure of such �unds was not included in the
current budget o� Grant Coun.ty, however, emergent conditions
now require that such funds be expended; and �
WHEREAS, it appears tha� an emergency exists and that the
expenditure o� such funds could not have been reasonably �oreseen
at the time o� making said county budge�z;
N4W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE B�ARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS O� GRANT C4UNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the a�ore-
mentioned �acts canstitute an emergency and that an appropxiation
and expenditure oi funds should be authorized �or the followxng
departmel� t/�und : Current ExAense Fund ��001, Courthouse FAcilities Dept .��� 12
together wzth a budget there�or.
BE IT FURTIIE�R 'RESOLVED that natice of a public hearin.g upon.
such expenditure shall be g�ven, said hearing to be held on
