SUBJECT SITE IS LOCATED IN A PORTION OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 25 EAST WM, GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON. RESOLUTION.NO. ����_Cc RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT ALTERATION Columbia Foods Inc. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been advised by the Grant County Planning Commission that an open record public hearing was conducted on August 2, 2000, on the matter of a Plat Alteration, adding 1.3 acres and creating two lots in the ANT, LLC Second Short Plat, which is located in the Light Industrial Zone in a portion of Section 5, Township 20 North, Range 25 East Willamette Meridian, Grant County, Washington; WHEREAS, the Grant County Planning Commission on August 2, 2000 made a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners to approve, with conditions, this proposed plat alteration; WHEREAS, the Grant County Board of Commissioners held a closed record public meeting on August 29, 2000; WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has made a decision to uphold the recommendation to approve, with conditions, the proposed plat alteration; WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal is consistent with the Grant County Comprehensive Plan; WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the public use and interest will be served by the plat alteration; WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal will not adversely effect the health, safety, and general welfare of the public in the vicinity of the proposal; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners for Grant County, Washington approve by this Resolution, a Plat Alteration, adding 1.3 acres and creating two lots, in the ANT, LLC Second Short Plat. CONDITIONS: The following'are conditions of approval used in the Grant County Board of County Commissioner's closed record public meeting to approve the proposed Plat Alteration. The Proposal shall be in compliance with the Grant County Comprehensive Plan, the Growth Management Act, The Washington State Environmental Policy Act, the Grant County Zoning Ordinance, the Grant County Resource Lands and Critical Areas Development Ordinance and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, rulings or requirements. 2. Proposal shall comply with all requirements deemed necessary by the Grant County Health District the Washington State Department of Health, and the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding domestic water supply, sewage systems and storm water control and treatment including, but not limited to; RCW 90.48.080 Discharge of Polluting Water Prohibited; WAC 173-201, Surface Water Standards; WAC 173- 201A, Ground Water Quality Standards; and, WAC 246-272, On-Site Sewage Systems. 3. Proposal shall comply with all requirements of the Grant County Fire Marshal and shall comply with the Grant County Fire Flow Guidelines (New construction will require water supply documentation to meet code), the Uniform Building Code, Uniform Fire Code and all other applicable requirements for fire protection/life safety. 4. Proposal shall comply with all requirements of the Grant County Public Works Department, including, but not limited to the following: a) Provide re-plat fee of $100.00. b) The Name should be changed. Contact Auditor's Office. 5. Proposal shall comply with the Washington State Department of Transportation requirements regarding Highway Access in accordance with the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) Chapter 47.50, and the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) Chapters 468-51 and 468-52. 6. Proposal shall comply with all requirements of the Grant County Auditor. 7. If any Native American Grave site(s) or archaeological/cultural resources (Indian Artifacts) are found all construction activity shall stop and the owner/developer shall immediately notify the Colville Confederated Tribes and the Washington State Office of Archaeology and Historic Preservation. Approval of the plat alteration shall be contingent upon conformance with all applicable land use rules and regulations in effect as of June 21, 2000. 9. Proposal shall comply with all requirements of the United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation. 10. Proposal shall comply with all requirements of the Grant County Assessor's Office.
