IN THE MATTER OF ESTABLISHING Resolution No. 2000-�.00-cc
A CERTAIN ROAD AS PART OF THE ORDER OF ESTABLISHMENT
COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM
WI-�REAS, it is the intent of the Board of County Commissioners to establish, acquire
rights-of-way, reconstruct, and maintain certain county roads in accordance with current
standards and practices, and
WHEREAS, the true location, course, and width of certain roads has been reported by the
County Road Engineer following his examination and survey thereof, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did consider the County Road
Engineer's report on the establishment of certain roads and any and all related evidence related
thereto at a public hearing held in the Hearing Room of the Board of County Commissioners of
Grant County, Washington, located in the County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 10:30
A.M., Tuesday, August 29, 2000, and all persons interested did appear and were heard at this
hearing upon the report and recommendation of the County Road Engineer either to proceed or
not to proceed with establishing the roads.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Board of County Commissioners finds
that certain roads commonly known as extensions to Loring Drive and Grape Drive shown as
follows are a public necessity and establishes said roads as a part of the county road system.:
Portions of the Sections 3, 4 and 10, Township 19 North, Range 28 East W.M, described
as follows:
PARCEL 1- Portion of Loring Dr.
An eighty foot wide strip o� land lying 40 feet on either side of the following described centerline:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Section 4; thence N 00° 24' 00" E along the east line of
said section a distance of 443.04' to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; tl�ence N 90° W a
distance of 441.05'; thence on a 500' radius curve to the right througl� a central angle of
47° 18' 18" an arc length of 412.81'; thence N 42° 41' 42" W a distauce of 1,155.64'; thence on a
500' radius curve to the left through a central angle of 46° 54' 18" an arc leugth of 409.32'; thence
N 89° 36' 00" W a distance of 731.63'; thence on a 500' radius curve to the left through �. central
angle of 31° 15' 11" an arc lengtl� of 272,73'; thence S 59° 08' 49" W a distance of 318.86';
thence on a 500' radius curve to the right tl�rough a central angle of 13° 02' S0" an arc leugth of
113.86', said poii�t being N 72° L I' 39" E a distance of 319,25' from the intersection of Patton Blvd

A strip of land described as follo�vs: Beginning at the southeast corner of said Section 4 and the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N 00° 24' 00" E along the east line of said Section 4 a
distance of 403.04' to the souther►y right of �,vay line described in Parcel No. 1; tl�ence N 90° W a
distance of 70.21'; thence on a 30' r�idius cuiwe to the right through a central �ngle of 90° 24' 00"
an arc length of 47.34' (the long chord for which bears S 44d 48' 00" E a distance of 42.57');
