WHE�:EAS, an employee of the Sheriff s Departm ent is
cambating a seraous il�ness and �as exhausted her tatal sick
and annual Ieave bene�ts, and
VVI�EREAS, znany employees have expressed an interest
in diverting ar transferring some of their accrue�d sick �eave to
the account of sa�d employee,
NO�V, THEREFO�ZE BE �T RESOL�TEL1 and it is
hereby ordered that any employee who is interested in
diverting some of iheir accrued sick leave to the account of said
employee may do so in the manths of August and September,
20U0 by submitting in writing to the Commissioners' Office the
amount of si.ck leave the� desire to transfer along with their
signature to this request.

QRDERED►, that the total amount of sick leave danated shall
noi exceed 120 days, and
BE IT ALSO RESOL'�ED AND HEREBY taRDEF:EIi
that this action �hall in no way be construed to set a precedent.
